摘要

The difference of the achieved transmission ratio between optical and tactile output in our two experiments indicates non linear characteristic of the tactile stylus. The new flexure will be designed and constructed. The goal is to get the better linearity and to reduce the probing force.The constructed flexture allows bidirectional backlash-free tactile measurements. That feature is important for precise diameter measurement. We already developed a bidirectional, non contact interferometrical stylus and are now working on a hybrid stylus for diameter measurements.
