The Assembly,Recalling financial regulations 12.1 and 12.2 of the Organization,TAKING NOTE that the financial regulations provide that the External Auditor shall be the Auditor-General (or officer holding the equivalent title) of a Member State,DECIDES to appoint Mr. Richard Q. Quartey, Auditor-General of Ghana, as External Auditor of the Organization for a period of four years, commencing on 1 July 2012.
