The structure of the intellectual system is presented which main elements are as follows: the unit of simulationand state prediction of SC equipment's state, the knowledge base and the inference machine.There have been elaborated the general forming principles of basic decision rules and logical dependence forrecommendations during making control decisions. The practical application of this system for space vehicles'control will provide considerable backup for operability and reliability growth and efficiency of control andoperation of a space vehicle.
