Between higher education and regional economy there is a fairly close relationship, which can be seized to promote regional economy with the help of higher education and vice versa so as to better the interaction between them. This paper, based on aggregative rank, analyses the relationship between the development of higher education and Henan's economy. The introduction to aggregative rank not only demonstrates the reality of Henan's economy to theoretically help the decision-makers, but also provides a new method for the research concerned.
