The synchronization method of QAM is different from 4FSK. The high frequency band utilization rate of QAM also causes its poor anti-interference ability and poor synchronization effect. The higher the order, the denser the constellation distribution, and the more serious this problem. Since the synchronization algorithm for 4FSK in the PDT/DMR system is not suitable for QAM, this paper proposes a method of joint estimation of frame synchronization and carrier frequency offset of QAM data. Through the synchronization sequence pattern, the frequency offset and frame synchronization are estimated at the same time, which is more accurate.
