The RAIM performance levels of BeiDou (Phase-Ⅲ with35 satellites), GPS (with 31 satellites) and BeiDou14(Phase-Ⅱ with 14 satellites) are assessed for the first timeby the global, Asia-Pacific region and temporal variationsvia the statistical methods of quality control. RAIMavailabilities are evaluated by the Number of VisibleSatellites (NVS) and Geometric Dilution of Precision(GDOP) together. The minimum fault detection (FD)capabilities of RAIM in the measurement and positionlevel are evaluated by the Minimal Detectable Bias(MDB) and Minimal Detectable Effect (MDE)respectively. The results show that BeiDou constellationshave 0.14% RAIM holes and 0.59% unavailableconstellation geometry points in the global. But BeiDouRAIM availability in Asia-Pacific region is 100%. Thedetectable measurement and position bias are at least5.84m and 9.80m in global respectively. The methods andconclusions can be used for RAIM prediction and realtimeassessment of BeiDou.
