摘要

The PHBV elcctrospun scaffolds were fabricated and exhibited the morphological stability up to six months in real time analysis. Both in vitro and in vivo biocompatibility study confirm the non-irritant class of biomaterials. Prc-clinical evaluation of the fabricated nanofibers confirmed the regeneration of skin tissue with minimal scarring. The fabricated scaffolds would be more promising to potentiate the skin tissue progression in full-thickness defects.
