摘要

The GRBD is a device installed on the external surface the spacecraft. The thermal control scheme is vital to the operation of the GRBD. Based on its structural character, some thermal control measures were taken for the inner core parts of the GRBD. For the external thermal control, two different schemes were raised. One scheme is just coating the device with multi-layer insulations, while the other scheme applies some optical solar reflectors pasted on the GRBD foundation in addition. Thermal simulations were carried out through SINDA/FLUINT, the analytical results showed that the latter scheme was better. The temperature of each part was brought down obviously. The GRBD temperature was maintained in a normal range so as to guarantee the performance and life of the device.
