摘要

Aerospace products hold a high degree of complexity, and the innovation ecosystem is an international forefront theory of management research.Taking integrated manufacturer of DFH minisatellite manufacturer as a case study, this paper explores how aerospace complex product innovation ecosystem evolves.Through the case study, there are three main research findings: firstly, aerospace products innovation should importantly focus on its overall design;secondly, the complementary organization consisting of core enterprises, R&D institutions and suppliers will affect the structural stability of innovation ecosystem;finally, the dynamic matching between core enterprise strategy logic and inter-organizational cooperation propels aerospace complex product innovation ecosystem to evolve.Therefore, this study has great significance for enriching the theory of innovation ecosystem and promoting the innovation of aerospace product.
