Nowadays the use of Dynamic Biometric Signature (DBS) is already an important alternative to the standard electronic signatures based on cryptographic methods. In our previous work we have concluded that every individual's movement can be defined by a set of parameters unique to that individual. Hence the verification of signature is ensured by the stability of the unique parameters during the creation of the signature and at the same time this unique set of parameters eliminates possibility of the signature being reconstructed by a counterfeiter. To verify these conclusions, we have conducted set of experiments in which we have focused on the issue of creation of DBS using a signature tablet with a focus to identify the causes that may have a significant impact especially on the settings of the level of acceptance During the tests each individual has created a biometric sample under different conditions and for different purposes. The paradigm where the individual was counterfeiting his/her own and other individuals' signatures following a training session also brought interesting results in terms of setting the parameters for validation SW. The results of the performed experiments showed that continuing in this direction will be very useful in promoting DBS into a routine practice, because they provide arguments in relation to the trustworthiness of DBS, even if there is a pressure to use AES on the basis of cryptographic methods.
