摘要

In this paper, a new digital algorithm based on Discrete Fourier Transforms (DFT) to monitor the low frequency oscillation in power systems is proposed. This algorithm has been implemented in the JAVA language and tested in the real-time measurement system which has built by ADX Company. Via this real-time measurement system and network, we can get the synchronized phasors of three phase voltages and currents of each substation from database. Furthermore, by showing the calculated results through a JAVA interface, we can observe the power system in real-time. The testing results from Matlab and from ADX Company simulation structure are also showed in this paper to verify the algorithm we proposed.
