We analyze the impact of CSR related TMT members on CSP using the AMO model. Following the upper-echelon theory and attention-based view, we propose that CSR related TMT members have positive influence on CSP. We divide CSR related TMT members into CSOs and TMT/CSR related board committee members and analyze their influences on positive and negative CSP respectively. We suggest that CSOs and TMT/CSR related board committee members will affect negative/positive CSP differently due to the different level of AMOs. We analyze executive data and KLD ratings data for firms in the S&P 500 index.
