With the size and various applications of Internet growing, the structure and function of the network are becoming more and more complex, which makes it hard to be managed and controlled. The Internet has difficulty in providing QoS guarantees. Therefore, this paper proposes a controllable network architecture based on SDN[1]. In this architecture, "Q+ X" business guarantee mechanism is introduced using the method of resource reservation to provide QoS guarantees for Q business and traditional best-effort service for X business. This paper designs allocation and management module of Q class resource, routing module, flow measurement and monitoring module for Q class business. Finally, in terms of the availability and effectiveness, this paper tests and verifies routing and flow measurement functions of the architecture.
