摘要

Bearing platform excavation is an important part of the bridge construction. Supported by Yangluo Yangtze River Highway Bridge Engineering, this paper introduced pile cap, cap structure, geological and hydrological conditions of South Tower. Through the analysis of Cone Penetration Tests (CPT), groundwater level and permeability coefficient of sub-clay, play-lock insert sheet pile cofferdam is compared to fenderless excavation technique, and based on comprehensive consideration of cost, time, risk and other factors, large excavation construction program is determined with the risk of the project and a detailed scheme accompanied with construction techniques is put forward. Furthermore, the methods and sequence of earth excavation pit are presented in this paper, and optimal control is dynamically operated during construction process besides orderly organization. Several construction problems are solved, the difficulties of bottom unearthed are solved through the ultra-dug excavation pit bottom technology, the high cost and low progress of original two slope spray anchor is solved by the way of direct placement of C20 concrete and mixed into the early strength agent .The successful excavation technology not only provided a guarantee to following Yangluo Bridge construction period of, but also provide a reference for other similar projects.
