In this article, we studies the optimal trade credit term decision under the centralized decision making in an extended economic ordering quantity framework. We divide the trade credit policy into two parts: T ≤ M_j and T ＞ M_j. The objective of this research is to determine the optimal credit term to maximize the joint total profit per unit time. Furthermore, numerical study and sensitivity analysis are presented to illustrate the results of the proposed model and to draw managerial insights.
