摘要

At present, the evaluations of urban traffic network state are mainly from efficiency or safety, which can't meet the requirements of comprehensive evaluation only from a single point of view. This paper presents the evaluation index set about efficiency, safety and comfort, based on analysis of the structure and operation of the road network of urban roads. It also constructs an evaluation model based on BP neural network to calculate comprehensive evaluation vector of traffic state, and evaluate the road network connectivity in a confined state. Finally an evaluation software is developed to check and analyze the model using the data of regional road network in Shanghai. Considering many aspects of urban traffic network state, this method plays a guiding role in urban design and comprehensive evaluation of road traffic.
