Numerical simulations were conducted to study the heat release distributions of a supersonic chamber with flame-holder of three-dimensional "swallowtail" cavity. The results illustrated the combustion stabilization ability of the three-dimensional cavity in supersonic chamber. The total pressure loss increases with the increase of total temperature in the flow direction. The chemical heat is released mainly near the region of supersonic cavity, where subsonic combustion in the cavity play more important role in supersonic chamber.
