Joe has been involved in government acquisitions for 25 years where he has managed capital investments and implementations for multiple organizations, the past 15 years being with the FAA. 3. As a Level Ⅲ certified Program Manager, Joe has used his experienced to drive a wide variety of advanced technology-related programs including Traffic Flow Management System, the National Traffic Management Log, the Security Integrated Tool Suite and the Future Flight Service Program.
