摘要

The dynamic generation mechanism of digital emergency plan is an effective solution to deal with the complex changes of time and space environmental information. This paper described the generation templates and generation system dynamic of digital emergency plan, introduced the object-oriented Petri net method and constructed the generation system model based on variable structure Petri net. Then we did an analysis on the earthquake disaster digital emergency plan generation system through an example, built a digital emergency plan generation model based on population scene. Besides, we validate and analyze the model from two aspects. On the one hand, we validate the digital plan generation on the current situation with an example, on the other hand we demonstrate the dynamic change of the generation system model through the example. The experimental results show that the additional role of digital emergency plan real-time generated for decision body making emergency decision is stronger.
