Economic analysis of hot secondary-air heating desulfurized clean flue gas in 1000 MW unit

摘要

Based on technological principle and operation characteristics of wet flue gas desulfurization system in the thermal power plant, the causes and influencing factors of gypsum rain were analyzed from three aspects, including equipment structure, operation parameters and environmental factors. Furthermore, control measures corresponding to the design of wet flue gas desulfurization system and operation adjustment were proposed. Focusing on a certain 1000MW unit, a method applying hot secondary-air to heat desulfurized clean flue gas was put forward to improve flue gas temperature in absorber tower outlet. Meanwhile, according to the thermodynamic calculation in various operating conditions, economic effect on unit was summarized while adopting the above method to control gypsum rain.
