摘要

It is still not confirmed that how waveform shapes affect the result of Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation (CES) and most CES device can only provide some certain wave shapes such as sinusoid and square wave. Also, daily use is required in most CES treatment, which requires a device with small size and friendly user interface. To meet these demands, this paper developed a wearable CES device with arbitrary waveform stimulation, ultra-low power consumption and small size. The result showed that output waveforms could be customized with accuracy and linearity of good quality. The range of current frequency and amplitude satisfied CES requirement. This device provided a method for researching the effectiveness of different stimulation parameters and a tool for daily CES treatment.
