摘要

In this paper, the proposed control strategy for polypropylene production process prepared by liquid phase bulk method is simulated in the multifunction process control platform device. More specifically, for the polypropylene continuous reaction process with typical highly nonlinear, time-delay and complex characteristics, the ratio control system for feed flow and the temperature fuzzy controller for heating stage are applied to the CSTR, where the polypropylene polymerization reaction is carried out. Then, the proposed control strategy for CSTR is carried out by Siemens SIMATIC PCS7 BOX process control system. As a conclusion, the simulation results show that the advanced control strategy proposed in this paper has better performance of security, practicality and feasibility.
