The quality of tea is closely related to the environment of tea growing area, soil nutrient quality, altitude and climate factors. The use of geographic information system (GIS) can provide guidance for tea garden environment quality and planting area optimization from macroscopic and microcosmic aspects. Based on measured data of soil nutrients, using Geostatistical Analysis and the Kriging interpolation method, it generated the study area with the spatial distribution information of total soil nitrogen, soil organic matter, soil potassium, soil P, K, P, which the tea leaves closely related to. On this basis, it combined with 1:100000 DEM information of Shucheng, established an integrated eco-tea zoning weighted optimal model, and achieved GIS visualization. The results showed that Shucheng eco-tea optimal areas were the hills and mountainous areas in central and western regions along the lake, the western mountain areas were appropriate areas, the eastern plain areas were the general areas.
