Dear Colleagues, It is a distinct pleasure to welcome you as participants to the 31st IEEE International System-on-Chip Conference (SoCC) in Arlington, Virginia, USA. In more than 30 years, the conference has grown into the premier forum for sharing latest advancements in system-on-chip (SoC) architectures, systems, logic and circuit design, process technology, test, design tools, and applications. Hosted in various locations throughout the USA, Europe and Asia, SOCC attracts researchers and engineers from around the world to exchange knowledge and insights, share experiences, and establish collaborations. We proudly continue this tradition with the 2018 conference with the special theme on “Thinking SoCs: AI and ML applications.”
