In this paper, combined the characteristics of cloud computing, we propose a consider to Time and Cost constraints Genetic Algorithm (TCGA), the algorithm is used to complete the task completion time and the total task completion cost as the standard, it for resource scheduling. The results show that: You can achieve a more reasonable resource scheduling in the cloud computing platform through this algorithm, and produce the desired task scheduling result.
