Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (DTA) development is always increasing and scattered throughout the district of Sukabumi. In 2014, there were 2,421 Madrasah spread over 47 districts. But in the process of delivering the data and information in Madrasah is still running manually because of the unavailability of media in disseminating information and assessed there are shortcomings such as the lack of integration of spatial and non-spatial data. On the other hand Madrasah registration process is constrained due to the lack of registration process online agencies, as well as in the licensing process Madrasah is still done manually submitted to the Ministry of Religious Sukabumi. The purpose of this study was the availability of a web-based spatial information system that can provide information distribution of Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah in Sukabumi to help children in the process of licensing operations. The spatial data menegement system is built with system development methods Rapid Application Development (RAD) with the notation Unified Modeling Language (UML), using the PHP programming language and uses a MySQL database design, as well as GIS Web framework with OpenGeo Suite and Blackbox testing as an approach in system testing. The results of this research is spatial information system distribution of Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah web based in Sukabumi as an information media that is integrated with the operational licensing process.
