摘要

Interaction and collaboration of knowledge among enterprises is an important link of industrial cluster collaboration, and it is the inevitable way to promote the core competitiveness of industrial cluster. In order to use the various knowledge resources of industrial cluster to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises fully and effectively, this paper puts forward a method to construct the generalized manufacturing system based on knowledge collaboration. First, the method gives the definition and basic characteristics of generalized manufacturing system, and constructs a framework model of generalized manufacturing system. Then, the method constructs its manufacturing system, network framework and knowledge collaboration community, which achieves the purpose of knowledge collaboration of the generalized manufacturing system and the improvement of production efficiency.
