In this paper, a cascaded digital predistortion (DPD) model is proposed for the linearization of power amplifier under the excitation of multi-band aggregated signals. Compared with a single-structure predistorter, the proposed model has a more reliable and stable performance. It consists of two cascaded DPDs, which use indirect learning structure and polynomial inverse method respectively. And one of them concentrates on compensating the nonlinearity of power amplifiers (PAs), the other one on the memory effect of PA. Finally, by testing three sorts of multiband signals, this model is verified to have a superior performance.
