Now unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) plays a more and more important role in urban traffic management in Shenzhen, because of the advantages of flexible, rapid response, and low cost. One of the challenges of constructing digital urban traffic model is that it cannot obtain the static and dynamic road traffic data quickly, accurately, and effectively. In this paper, a real-time modeling platform for urban road traffic based on 3S (RS, GPS, GIS) and UAV is proposed, which is oriented to urban traffic modeling and simulation analysis. Emphasis is placed on the blurring dynamic reconstruction model and algorithm of low altitude airborne aerial video images. The motion-blurred degraded model and the motion blur reconstruction algorithm based on Radon transform are designed. Finally, the method is verified by the measured data.
