摘要

Environmental noise induced by metro has drawn increasingly high attention among public. In this paper, environmental noises at the platform and inside the carriage are detected by field test in Xi'an Metro. The results showed the noise intensity exceeded the standard (70 dB) listed in the environmental quality standard for noise, and high intensity metro operation is the main cause, followed by number and volume of public broadcasting, number of passengers, and trains in operation. The intensity of noise within carriages is influenced by metro infrastructural quality, operation speed, and vehicle dynamic characteristics. At the end of this paper, available measures to reduce the noise are proposed according to the sources, providing practical suggestions for follow-up construction and operation management of Xi'an Metro.
