This paper describes the development of a data exchange protocol for self-organizing computing environments with minimal latency. The protocol is implemented using standard software libraries for mobile device networks. The neighborhood method involves building a route using two broadcast requests, and the method proposed here is implemented using two broadcast requests. One of these requests is issued by the node at the beginning of the route, while the second is from the other endpoint. The neighborhood method allows the selection of the data types and sizes of the header fields of the communication packets. The current paper describes a software implementation of this method containing two large modules; the first implements the communication function, while the second describes the routing. The testing conducted here demonstrates that the existing types of wireless networks are not suitable for the role of a communication medium in networks with extremely low latency. It is therefore necessary to create new standards for wireless communication and to update the relevant software libraries to reduce network latency.
