The nuclear pore membrane project of the Institute of Modern Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, uses the heavy ion accelerator to bombard the plastic film to produce microspores. Nuclear pore membrane is currently a very wide range of applications, it can be used for drinking water filtration, sewage treatment, anti-haze screens and precision infusion and so on. Because of the particularity of the nuclear pore membrane, at present, only the Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Modern Physics can carry out large-scale production, and the price is much cheaper than abroad. This article focuses on the design of the control system for the production of nuclear pore membrane terminal, and gives a detailed introduction of the hardware design and software development.
