Fuzzy decision can be used in a lots of decision's problems which exist a great deal of fuzzy phenomenon and fuzzy problems. This paper describes the basic thinking of fuzzy regression analysis and builds the fuzzy decision model according to the basic of fuzzy set theory. then, the model is standard described by UML mode. The model can raise accuracy and reliability of decision's result on solution of this kind of decision problem.
