In lunar exploration program, the analysis of satellite-ground link is the key to TT&C system for Chang'e satellite, This paper provides a new target tracing and analyzing method, introducing the least square method to analysis of satellite-ground link. Basing on the theoretical model of radar equation and requirement of ground station TT&C system, the paper researches and analyzes the characteristics of signal transmission, established the models of Signal receiving and AGC voltage. Through simulation, it shows that the result of this method is in line with measured data, and the method can be used in analyzing target tracing.
