Based on the improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy synthetic evaluation (FSE), this paper built the evaluation model of operation of provincial charging and discharging network. First of all, based on the functional design of provincial charging and discharging network and the basic principles of index system construction., the evaluation index system of charging and discharging network operation is established. Then., we calculate the weight of index system by the improved AHP. Through the expert investigation., we select FSE to evaluate the operation of charging and discharging network. Finally., based on the actual operation data of provincial charging and discharging network., the operation conditions of charging and discharging network are evaluated to verify the feasibility of the model.
