In general, university faculty members have improved their performance after studying abroad compared to before studying abroad. Factors that affect the performance of returned overseas students need to be verified by the method of Granger causality test. In the performance evaluation of university teachers returning to study abroad, the university teachers are regarded as the factors of performance evaluation in all aspects such as teaching level, subject construction, scientific research level, management work and social service. This paper compares the university teachers `performance before going abroad to study abroad and after studying abroad. By using the method of Granger Causality Test, this paper discusses the relationship between college teachers' performance before and after their studies and provides some reference for college teachers to study abroad.
