Online overseas-study intermediary service industry has been developing swiftly in nowadays, while the whole chain of the service is varied and multifarious in the e-business times. This paper tries to optimize and rebuilt the service chain regarding the service delivery with all aspects, including response to unforeseen circumstances and service quality evaluation.
