摘要

A current mode full wave rectifier is presented. Circuit is made up of only six cmos transistors. This assembly of cmos is simulated on using Cadence Virtuoso simulation software with its gpdk180 model., i.e. 0.18μm technology. Layout of the design is also presented for integration of the circuit. Rectifier is accurate and precision for low current signals., and for currents with high value its W/L ratio can be adjusted to get the desired output. Rectifier works properly upto 20MHz frequency.
