摘要

The problems encountered in testing the verification equipment for AC electrical energy meters according to the verification regulation are reviewed and analyzed, and the solutions based on optimizing technologies are proposed within the range permitted by the regulation. A self correction system is developed to improve the output reference conditions. The power stability and the ability to estimate it are improved, by adjusting the frequency and improving computing method. A new type of isolation transformer is designed to eliminate the system error caused by imbalanced transformer load.
