This research describes a cooling system based on thermoelectric module. Thermoelectric is a semiconductor material consist of P and N type wrapped by Bismuth Telluride (Bi2Te3) rods. Where it can generate heat and cold on both sides when powered by electricity. This paper describes the design of a simple cooling system (30x20x20cm) using two thermoelectric modules. Cooling process using electric motor fan with on-off method controlled by microcontroller. The system is investigated in three conditions i.e. at the time of the morning with temperature 28oC, daylight with temperature 31oC and evening with temperature 30oC. The system can be cooling the chamber up to 22oC in the morning with the fastest response time is 3796 seconds (about 1 hour).
