Task-oriented Resource Management Simulation Platform for Space Information Networks

With the rapid development of space information science, space information network (SIN) plays vital roles in both military and civilian applications. SIN simulation and space resource management are important research directions in space information science. However, the existing SIN software simulation cannot include both visualization and task planning functions. In order to solve this problem, this paper has designed a SIN task planning simulation demonstration system, using C # language to combine STK and MATLAB. The platform is designed based on the parametric analysis of different types of tasks and resources, which can support task pre-processing to improve resource utilization and planning efficiency. The platform includes four modules: scenario and resource management, task management, task planning, and performance presentation. Finally, a warning task was set up to demonstrate the operation process and functions of the platform. The simulation successfully verified the effectiveness of the system platform.
