The residential health record management system (hereinafter referred to as the system) based on Hadoop frame structure is characteristic of massive data storage, parallel interactive computation and quick realization of big data application. It combines with current management status of the current residential health record management system and integrates with some existing achievements in this paper to analyze the development trend of residential health record management system. And it applies the big data technique to the health record platform and creates new technical schemes and thoughts so as to design a residential health record management system which is quick for looking up and convenient for management for hospitals and health management departments. Necessity of system construction is analyzed in this Paper; system demands are analyzed from aspects of demand analysis and business analysis, etc.; the platform is subject to overall design; finally, record creation is subject to detailed design.
