Based on a nationwide survey in China, an integrated model is proposed in this research, incorporating demand of new mobile phone with the availability of a return program and level of return reward. Optimal selling price of new mobile phone, return reward and overall profit all increased under the integrated model. This research bridges the gap in existing literature, incentivizing both the manufacturer and consumers to participate in mobile phone recycling program and notably increases the recycling quantity of mobile phones.
