MSNs were synthesized, conjugated with chemotherapeutic drugs and targeting antibody. The drug conjugated nanoparticles were shown to be promising in delivering the drugs and exhibiting cytotoxic effects in vitro. The targeting ability of the TAB004 was demonstrated through in vitro in PDAC cells and in vivo mouse model. Finally, preliminary results in vivo with allograft mice showed promising therapeutic effects.
