摘要

Our data suggest 3D architecture is capable of directly affecting osteoblastic differentiation over 21 days without additional media factors. HIP treatment of AM Ti6A14V constructs enhances osteoblastic response compared to 2D constructs, and MSCs are sensitive to 3D architecture on constructs that have undergone HIP treatment.
