Prior to deciding on an ELG technology there are multiple opportunities to reduce current chemical addition on site and optimize the site water balance. Utilizing a customized approach at each plant to provide a solution that address cyclic operation, upsets in operation and unit outages is important to optimize capital and O&M costs.
