In order to meet the requirements of the development trend of large aperture space deployable antenna, based on the characteristics of cellular structure, a configuration scheme of support mechanism for hexagonal prism modular deployable antenna is proposed. The topological law of the module is studied, and the configuration design is carried out. Then the multi module kinematic model is established, and the numerical simulation analysis is carried out. The experiment results show that the deployable antenna support mechanism can be successfully deployed in many deployment tests, and there is no jamming fault, which indicates that the mechanism configuration principle and design structure scheme are feasible. The research results provide a reference for other types of deployable antenna mechanism.
