摘要

We measured the restraint force from sand mold and the contraction of casting in green sand mold continuously. In thermal stress analysis, elasto-plastic creep model was used for constitutive equation of casting and elasto-plastic model (von-Mises model) was used for constitutive equation of sand mold. Mechanical properties are estimated by the inverse analysis from measurement. Then, we evaluated the analysis precision by comparing measurement and analysis continuously that has not performed yet. Analysis results were successfully estimated at the final contraction within +8% error.
