Due to the complexity of overseas anti-terrorism operations, the effectiveness of its command system is evaluated by the method of constructing evaluation system software. The evaluation system software can be divided into five levels: infrastructure layer, resource layer, support layer, application layer and standard specification layer. The functions consist of five subsystems: data collection and information, static evaluation, dynamic evaluation, expert evaluation and interaction, and comprehensive processing and visualization. The specific evaluation methods include N-ADC static evaluation method and GERT network dynamic simulation method. Finally, the main page composition and evaluation process of the evaluation system software is described.
