In this paper, a new SEPIC LLC energy storage device is designed by using the third generation semiconductor device silicon carbide (SiC). By analyzing the charging curve and considering the characteristics of the battery load, the working area of the LLC circuit is obtained, thus an optimal LLC design scheme is put forward. In this way, even if in the worse working environment, the circuit can work stably in the ZVS region. In addition, combined with the current voltage variation during charging and the current SEPIC PFC buck-boost characteristics, a voltage tracking technique is proposed. By changing the input voltage LLC and ensuring LLC work near the resonant frequency, which can meet the needs of 11c rectifier diode to realize zcs, and improve the power in the charging process. Finally, combined with the characteristics of SiC, the efficiency of SEPIC LLC can be increased to 88%.
